Arts Overview
Country Day's vibrant program in the Visual and Performing Arts introduces children to the joy of creative expression. The mission of our teachers is to equip students with knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm—each the result of a comprehensive and sequential curriculum that offers classroom and studio instruction, intensive rehearsals and lab study, and continuous opportunities to participate in performances and exhibits.
The Department’s eleven programs of study inspire creative and intellectual growth by offering students hands-on experiences that will provide them with the arts as a companion for life.
